I believe we were all put on this earth for a specific reason. We’re all blessed with different skills and talents. To let those talents go unused would be the disappointment of a lifetime. In order to become our best versions of ourselves we must strive to become stronger each and every day.

Three phases of strength: physical, mental, & spiritual. Any of these can be achieved without the other two. But it’s not until we strengthen all 3 do we start to reach our true potential.

Physically, we create the demand for our physical bodies to change. We use the tools given to us (i.e. weight room, treadmill, etc.) to our benefit. We then supply the physical body with the nutrients it needs to adapt and grow. Training and nutrition combine and are used to make your goals into reality.

Mentally, we feed our mind with positivity. We have a vision of ourselves being successful. We use that vision to fuel our workouts, to get our ass out of bed for a 5AM run in the rain. We see everyday as an opportunity to get us closer to our ultimate goal.

Spiritually, we know our purpose on Earth is greater than living and dying. We know that one day our journey will end. We can’t take anything with us but what we leave behind speaks into eternity. We left a legacy that others can see and gain inspiration from. We left our mark on this earth and have inspired a generation to leave theirs.

 90 Day Transformation Program

Basically, I am your right-hand man for the next 90 days. This is a superior service and worth the investment. Everything that we implement will be based on your needs and goals. This is not a generic program. This is a specific program, specific to YOU!

I take the guess work out of everything! Through this program you will transform the way you live, the way you view yourself, and the way you view yourself in the world. There’s no doubt your confidence will grow. If you’re sick of the same ole same ole and willing to make a big change, this program is for you!

90 Days from Now, you could be a whole new you!

Month 1

I take care of all the cooking/ meal prepping. It’s all based upon your nutritional needs and goals. There is no guesswork on your part. I take care of buying the groceries and will be providing all your meals and snacks throughout the day. If there is an occasion in which you must eat out, I will tell you what to have at the particular restaurant.

We will also start to implement a mobility program that is designed to improve quality of life by focusing on joint health, muscular strength, and improved movement patterns. What I find in the assessment will determine your program. This will be implemented 10 minutes a day everyday.

We will establish a daily routine that coincides with your work/life schedule. A great morning routine will start the day off immediately on the right foot and will be greatly beneficial.

I take out all the guess work. No thinking required, just action.

Month 2

We start to cook and meal prep together. I demonstrate how to meal prep and cook meals based on your preferences and nutritional needs. Nutritional adjustments are made based on your progress and needs. Habits are steadily reinforced and new ones are added. You become more hands on during this month. We do things together and I start to let you do some things on your own. Grocery shopping is done together and we discuss what’s good and what to avoid. Again, it’s all based on your goals and preferences.

Month 3

You will begin to do things on your own but under my supervision to ensure that you are doing correctly. The learning process continues and we build upon what we have previously implemented. You will also learn how to build a progressive system that will keep you on track for your goals, assuming that you have not reached them within 90 days. You will learn everything you need to know to continue your journey, whether it’s continuing weight loss, maintenance, etc.
