I do my best to be there for them as much as I can be. That goes for my online clients as well, many of whom have my personal phone number, and reach out to me whenever they need to.

While it’s impossible to always be available, I strive to never let my clients go too long without encouragement, direction, and accountability. Training & Nutrition Consultation (1 Hr)

Nick will discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve with your physical body. The consultation can take place in person (1 on 1), over the phone, or through Skype.

The discussion won’t just stop with your physical body. The mental and spiritual aspect will be discussed as well. Nick’s programs are designed to help you achieve optimal health in all aspects. Outside the gym strategies will be implemented.

Nick’s programs are more of a lifestyle approach, rather than just a gym and nutrition approach. Long-term success is ultimately what we’re after!

Step #1: Fill Out Questionnaire
Once you contact Nick, the first thing he’ll send you is a questionnaire to find out as much info about you as he can. Nick will analyze it and find what else needs to be discussed. That leads us into step 2.

Step #2: Consultation
In person, via phone or Skype, Nick will further ask you questions and get a better feel for what you’re wanting to achieve. This also allows Nick to establish that personal relationship with you that’s essential to building trust and achieving your success.

If you decide that a structured plan is all that you need from Nick, your journey with Nick will stop here. After the consultation, Nick will piece together your plan and it is free to take and do with it what you wish.

The total investment for the consultation is $99.99. This includes the plan and 1 hour consultation. If you decide to do monthly coaching with Nick, this $99.99 will go toward that first months payment!

Online Coaching (Monthly)

You will follow Nick’s plan as outlined for you after the consultation. Nick will be along with you every step of the way, holding you accountable and adjusting variables as necessary.

Nick will touch base with you throughout the week, making sure you stay on plan, along with answering any questions that you may have.

The investment for Nick’s online coaching averages around $99/month. The price depends on the goal, duration, and other factors. Nick’s programs are all based on the individual client and some clients may need more than others. With that being said, it’s difficult to give you the exact price. Nick will be able to give you further detail on the pricing structure during your consultation.

1 on 1 Training Sessions (1 Hr)

Work 1 on 1 with Nick in the gym. This allows Nick to make sure you’re using proper form and progressing.

The unique 1 on 1 training allows Nick to help you in ways that’s just not possible online. Take advantage of Nick’s knowledge on muscle imbalance and strength training expertise.

Get ready to get out of your comfort zone, and perhaps, work a little bit differently than what you may be accustomed to. Nick’s creativity and foundational principles ensure that you are never bored and that you’re always progressing toward your goals!

Complete Transformation Program (90 Days)

Basically, Nick’s your right-hand man for the next 90 days. This is a superior service and worth the investment. Everything that Nick implements will be based on your needs and goals. This is not a generic program. This is a specific program, specific to YOU!

Nick takes all the guess work out of everything! Through this program you will transform the way you live, the way you view yourself, and the way you view yourself in the world. There’s no doubt your confidence will grow. If you’re sick of the same ole same ole and willing to make a big change, this program is for you!

90 Days from Now, you could be a whole new you!

Month 1
Nick takes care of all the cooking/ meal prepping. It’s all based upon your nutritional needs and goals. There is no guesswork on your part. Nick takes care of buying the groceries and will be providing all your meals and snacks throughout the day. If there is an occasion in which you must eat out, Nick will tell you what to have at the particular restaurant.

Nick will also start to implement a mobility program that is designed to improve quality of life by focusing on joint health, muscular strength, and improved movement patterns. What Nick finds in the initial assessment will determine your program. This will be implemented 10 minutes a day everyday. You will establish a daily routine that coincides with your work/life schedule. A great morning routine will start the day off immediately on the right foot and will be greatly beneficial.I take out all the guess work. No thinking required, just action.

Month 2
You and Nick start to cook and meal prep together. Nick demonstrates how to meal prep and cook meals based on your preferences and nutritional needs. Nutritional adjustments are made based on your progress and needs. Habits are steadily reinforced and new ones are added. You become more hands on during this month. You begin to do things together along with Nick. Grocery shopping is done together and grocery shopping strategies will be taught and applied. Again, it’s all based on your goals and preferences.

Month 3
You will begin to do things on your own but under my supervision to ensure that you are doing them correctly. The learning process continues and you will build upon what you have previously implemented. You will also learn how to build a progressive system that will keep you on track for your goals, assuming that you have not reached them within 90 days. You will learn everything you need to know to continue your journey, whether it’s continuing weight loss, maintenance, etc.

The Kick Starter Program (4-5 Days)

A smaller commitment than the Complete Transformation Program, the Kick Starter Program is a short 4-5 day period where Nick condenses the same strategies found in the Complete Transformation Program.

Nick will leave you motivated and equipped with great tasting recipes, meal planning strategies that fit your active lifestyle, along with a training program to help you get started on the right path to achieving your goals.
