Workout 1 of the 2015 Crossfit Games. I’m not a big Crossfit guy but this workout kicked my ass. I used it for one of my muscle building cardio workouts. The environment was awesome and I couldn’t waste the opportunity to workout in front of a great crowd. It was motivating and a great experience. Take advantage of every opportunity to challenge yourself and be open-minded when it comes to new things. Always challenge your limits and push yourself to become 1% better each and every day. Watch as I push through this workout. It’s a simple design but there is no easy way out of this one.
